Introduction:
Araliya CCL is fully owned and managed by its employees.
Several of our founding members have been appointed as Directors of the organisation and they share the responsibility of representing and safeguarding the interests of employees while directing the future of the company. The Chairperson of the organisation has also been elected from among the employees ensuring the operations and future direction of the company 100% employee friendly.
Our method of electing the Board of Directors from among our employess has been very fruitful in ensuring that the most valued assets of our organisation - the employees - are well looked after and that we would stay focused and commited towards our founding principles - to uplift and empower women hailing from economically challenged backgrounds while preserving their ability to fully function as homemakers paying undisturbed attention to the needs of their children and families.
Mr. Amal Herby, who has previous work and management experience in the hospitality and electronics industries provides management assistance and management guidance to the Board of Directors as the Managing Director.
